Student Experience Action Plan 2.0

SEAP 2.0 represents the next phase of the university’s commitment to student success. Building on the initial 2023–2026 plan, SEAP 2.0 shifts from foundational development to a high-impact approach that is intentional, informed and inspired. Through focused engagement with students, faculty and instructors, the initiative will refine the institutional roadmap for delivering an outstanding and inclusive student experience.

We need your perspectives and input to do this well!

Shape Your Student Experience

The SEAP team will be hosting tabling sessions throughout the Winter 2026 semester to gather input from students on the following:

  • What do you wish you could give the U of A feedback on?
  • What do you wish the U of A could start, stop, or continue?
  • If you could wave a magic wand and improve one aspect of your student experience, what would it be?

Check back regularly to find out how you can get involved.

Surveys for Instructors + Student-facing Staff

We’re looking for feedback from instructors and staff who work with students through a short, anonymous survey. We want to know what worked, what should stop and the new opportunities we should explore in the years to come!

The following surveys will remain open until March 16, 2026.
