To help kick off Winter term with the right support, we’re extending our live support hours. 

From Jan. 5 until Jan. 23, 2026, contact the SSC via phone, live chat or in-person:

• Starting at 8:15 a.m. on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday
• Starting at 10 a.m. on Wednesday

We will return to normal business hours on Jan. 26, 2026.
